Since the project is growing, I thought we need to create an issue form for people to request support for new laptops/firmware.

You can find a demo in the issues of this repo: https://github.com/teackot/msi-ec-form-demo/

The instructions in the form depend on the debug mode, so the debug mode PR has to be merged first

Oh, I also assigned a "New hardware/firmware" label to the form (needs to be added in this repo for it to work)

May not be necessary, since most issues are about porting to new laptops anyway
