Bootstrap Badge implementation #153

Hi,

Here is implementation of Bootstrap Badge with sample activity. Currently there is only integration with Bootstrap Button, if you wish, i can make integration with other elements you want. If u have any question or suggestion, I'll be glad to answer or improve this implementation.
