Also fixed a bug with calling AddServer outside of main thread

Just for clarity, this fixes a problem with MasterServerList in JoinMenu.cs - TCPMasterClient was instantiated and delegates added but Connect was never called.

Apologies those commits went to the wrong branch. I've rolled this back to the two relevant commits now
