Bot removes blocker label #21

For whatever reason the bot is automatically removing the blocker label. I've created a ticket with GH https://support.github.com/ticket/personal/0/1733161

To prevent this, you need to add "from_name" when changing an icon. see https://github.com/crazy-max/ghaction-github-labeler for details
