seems MemcacheD doesn't run. #23

Neither 1.6.16 or 1.6.6 seem to start. image

php dashboard says it is infact loaded. image but phpinfo says its not image

7.4.30 works but has interesting .ini issue. image

phpmemadmin doesn't seem to function properly either.. idk if its related

per our https://github.com/Bearsampp/prerequisites/blob/main/README.md vc 15,16 & 17 is needed for php 8. image

per my ticket https://github.com/nono303/PHP-memcache-dll/issues/24 we were unable to do so. Do we need to somehow hunt down a valid php8.x dll?

looks like its possible to build our own but I'm thinking a dedicated machine is needed for this https://github.com/nono303/win-build-scripts#requirements

Updated https://github.com/Bearsampp/module-php/releases/tag/2022.08.06 with tonights fixes.
This solves this issue... FINALLY!
