Deleting virtual host doesn't remove it from list. #66

Behaviour

Steps to reproduce this issue

create a virtual host delete host notice the host is still listed. reload bearsampp ( right click -> reload ) list is cleaned up.

Expected behaviour

List is updated

Actual behaviour

List the same as before deletion

Configuration

ver: 2022.12.04

so, what we need to do is find & call the update routine for apache AFTER the popup that says the host has been deleted.
