Update core language files to other languages #80

It would be really nice to have our core language files translated into other languages. I've already got a volunteer who is willing to help ( ) I think she is spanish only but I'm not sure. We might be able to get erinne to have her friend do an arabic language. If our lang needs are simple enough I can ask my slovakian friend to do it also. We might be able to ask the German lady who worked on the template, her name eludes me right now, to do german if valerie can't.

My thoughts are to have the most common languages done. English French German Spanish

and some form of Right to Left language for those folks. if we get hungarian ( already have it fine, I THINK ) and slovakian also, thats just icing on the cake.

I've dropped the russian language support until if/when we can support cyrillic
