Overview of changes

• Allow a prefix on component and directive attribute selectors e.g. app-widget
• StyleUrls support choice ( Nice feature 🚀! )
• Snippet ending placeholder ($0) is placed on the last bracket, signalling completion. I think this would be a good practice to continue going forward.
• For snippets that allow ngOnInit. For example:

  ngOnInit() {${2: }} // Notice the default value is a space

  Notice placeholder's default value is a space, giving users the ability to either carriage return or tab to keep space intact.

• Updated README to fix headers

All of your suggestions are great. I've published them, but I still need to go through other snippets and enhance them as well :)

@BeastCode agreed. I think we should start a contribution guide and begin listing out best practices. Also the build doesn't work for me on Windows, so my current process for testing snippets out is very manual. Maybe you could provide some insight into how you debug/build in this guide as well.

As for updating others I think we start a new branch to work from there. We target angular 5, and do general housekeeping on each snip. Some features may have changed and need an overhaul, for example http.
