Droppod Fixes + Dominion Adeptas Inq Stormtrooper Recruitment #242

  1. Droppod stormbolter turret line of sight/fire issues have been (mostly?) resolved (thanks to EttyKitty).

  2. Dominion Strategy Adeptas can now requisition Inquisitorial Stormtroopers per user vote/suggestion.

  3. Cost of Inq Stormtrooper requisition increased from $100000 to $250000 and from 120 Honor to 150 Honor.

  4. Inq Stormtroopers are now droppod compatible.
