BurstSliderElement tail ID mismatch #27

In replays from BS 1.29.1 + BL 0.71, the event ID for the last element in every BurstSlider is using the tail line index/layer instead of head.

I'm not sure what the root cause is.

I don't know if this is a bug in the mod -- there might be a more elegant way to fix this. The in-game replay viewer has the same problem.
