Please center align the paragraphs under "What's in the toolbox"and "who's in our advisory network".

@rapicastillo the above issue is still valid + the vertical lines are not displaying above those paragraphs per the screenshot

@rapicastillo this task is related to the missing paragraphs or intros mentioned under issue #36
