FB_PackML_StateLogger ignore also warnings #32

Hello

It would be nice if it would be possible to disable the StateLogger completly, so that also warnings would be ignored. At the moment it is only possible to ignore info when LogAllChanges is set to FALSE.

Added a library parameter to do this in upcoming release.
