release 0.5.0 #56

Get out a 0.5.0 release so that we can use it from PyPi.

Will push the CI and tests to a 0.5.1.

I'll push out a 0.5.0. We'll do a 0.5.1 for fixes, docs, and tests.

GromacsWrapper 0.5.0 released with packages on pypi.
