Adds CITATION.cff with metadata for KDA software, KDA examples, and JCTC paper
Updates Zenodo links in README.md

For the citation file, I added a preferred-citation for a BibTeX @article but I wasn't able to complete the metadata. I'll have to open an issue to eventually add this information when it becomes available.
