Fixes issue #17
Changes function calc_cycle_flux to calc_net_cycle_flux
Changes function construct_sympy_cycle_flux_func to construct_sympy_net_cycle_flux_func
Adds construct_K_string_matrix to autofunction list
Removes unnecessary exceptions import
