Readthedocs https://numkit.readthedocs.org not working yet.

Upload to PyPi was actually successful but http://pythonhosted.org/numkit gives Service temporary unavailable.

Manually build on RTD worked... good, we have docs. However, not sure if automatic updating works. Will raise issue if needed.

The pythonhosted ones are up but only accessible intermittently.
