Based on my results, I can say that oversubscribing is not helpful and I am still able to see the stragglers. However, based on what @iparask mentioned in the paper the stragglers are removed. @iparask did you do this over different repeats? But the plots shows that there are still some slow processes.
If there is no stragglers, do you get Speed up?
Our results from oversubscribing and scheduler plugin conflicts!
We need to double check this.
