@mkhoshle is the bar plot (Fig 18) that you added in 7c583d14b801cb0b6050c3fb6d1c43a1c62040f9 correct? I don't see any overhead (red) even though in previous versions of the figure there seemed to be quite some difference between "computation" (=RMSD + IO) and the total.

Can you please explain/check?
