put PSF and DCD file on figshare #6

At the moment the test PSF and DCD are on dropbox

but it would be better to be in a permanent repository with DOI.

Can figshare handle 160.41 MB files?

What can I upload, share and get credit for through figshare?: file limit 5 GB
