Incorrect display of certain ucal events: one day late and "(cont)" as event time. Bedework 3.13.2 #131

There is an error having to do with the user calendar display of certain ucal events whose time range is limited to a single day in the current time zone. They display in the next calendar day box (but not in the day for which the event was created) with the tag "(cont)" at the beginning of the description of the event.

The problem arises often, but erratically. An event scheduled for 11 pm to 11:55 pm was correctly displayed, but an event scheduled for 11:30 pm to 11:45 pm was not.

Copying the event scheduled for 11 pm to 11:55 pm that had displayed correctly to a new date resulted in a new event that displayed incorrectly.

An event scheduled for 11:30 am to 12:45 pm was displayed correctly.

An event scheduled for 11:30 am to 11:45 pm displayed incorrectly in a slightly different way: the event showed up on the scheduled day correctly and also (incorrectly) as "(cont)" on the following day.
