Make sure Day / Week / Month views work properly when enabled. #39

The day / week / month views, though secondary in the 3.10 theme, are still important. (They can be enabled using the "useAdvancedDateRangeMenu" flag in themeSettings.xsl.) Ensure that filter displays and filtering work properly.
