Manage categories broken #46

Go to manage categories

Click on a category

Description is filled with html. No buttons visible. Presumably the form is broken in some way.

This only happens for categories without any description

When the text area is empty, it's closing itself on the transform. It just needs an xsl:text block inside the text area body to force a space and keep it from doing that. (The space can be removed by the client.)
