locations and contacts not public in add event form: validation error and "all" list not present #52

When saving an event using a preferred location, we get a validation error: org.bedework.validation.error.locationnotpublic

The "all" locations list in the public administration client is not listing locations.

Same goes for contacts.

The index was out of step after a rebuild. Reindexing solves this problem.
