Aesthetic - color palette, proportions, realism, etc. #20

Here are a few 2d games that have aesthetic elements I like related to our theme: -Dungeon of the Endless (ambience, minimalist, kind of sci-fi so @ddaypunk06 might like it) -Binding of Isaac (mostly for the perspective, elegance - the ambience feels off/too cartoonish to me) -Diablo I/II, especially caves/dungeons/cathedrals -Shadowrun -Hollow Knight (Colors, Ambience) -XCOM

Dungeon of the Endless was pretty tight. TO be honest, I wouldn't say any of those palettes are related lol

Totally agreed that the palettes aren't necessarily related - just meant that each of them has some sort of aesthetic that I feel could be related to our idea. Mostly just possibly sources of inspiration for us to come up with a palette, style, etc.

True, I suppose it depends on the theme we go with. If we go hardcore post-apoc like you suggested in #10 it could be a much more drab color palette. Good sources of inspiration though.
