Create intro screen asset #97

We may not necessarily need this ticket. In the intro screen logic ticket, we could just face the screen a certain color and add some text for the MVP. If we really feel we need a nice drawing for the game's name and art or something, though, we can keep this, but that feels like a bit much for the MVP IMO.
