fix(files): Fix grass_side in few packs being overlay color bugged

[PAPISOP]

1. Fixed dungeon dirt grass side having weird color overlay
2. Fixed pebbleless dirt not having grass side (the file name was wrong)
3. Fixed alpha foliage having weird color overlay in some biomes

Thanks to @Chi-a11y for making the new grass side textures which is stored in .tga extension!
