fix(files): Fix all the existing combinations not working properly

1. Fixed all the exisitng combinations not working properly
2. Removed redstone_ore_off and deepslate_redstone_ore_off textures from ore borders and classic ores as there are no state like that in bedrock edition
3. Removed lang files having english translation instead of their language translation from all the packs having it
4. Updated poppy_to_rose to use proper translation for each languages
5. Updated pack icon for variated_bookshelves and variated_grass
