Camel jump bar in the hud above the hearts is messed up

Minecraft Version: 1.21.22
Additional context
Crosshair shouldn't be changed by icons.png in textures/gui/, instead it should be changed by changing the cross hair texture in textures/ui/ by changing the cross_hair.png (this doesn't exist in bedrock samples, but it works and works much better than icons.png method and keeping compatibility with future versions)
