fix(files): Fix Quieter Guardians, Quieter Parrots, Quieter Skeletons and Quieter Wardens throwing content log errors

Removed the invalid sound events from the sounds.json file Also updated quieter parrots to now quieter bogged sounds made by the parrot

Nitpick but can we leave any arrays on one line in these files? They are already full of so many new lines and it does say to space them out in CONTRIBUTING.md

I just formatted the file by using the vscode settings provided by the git repo and it also makes the formatting more hard if we have to manually change the formatting for array to be 1 line especially in the files where there are multiple instances of array
