A big upgrade?

I'm doing a major upgrade to this plugin, adding some features to this plugin, this will be version 0.1.0 of the Oneblock plugin.

Some innovations 🤔

• New friendship feature:
  • Now you can only send friend requests to one online player and the invitee has a maximum of 10 invitations and the invitee must accept the invitation.
  • Only friends can teleport to each other's islands and can break/place blocks on that island.
• New configuration:
  • In the new version, tiers are no longer limited, you can add as many as you want and edit the probability of blocks appearing at that tier.

That may be all that the new version has, it will also fix some small bugs, or you can comment on interesting features here.
