Multiple BioSamples missing from the database #15

There are many BioSamples that have not been added to the database. Examples will be added as comments in this issue thread.

Data from a paper in which @Bdainat is co-author is missing from BeeBiome. This is the study that was led by Tim Regan (British honey bee metagenome). It might be a matter of capturing the right synonyms, as the host is identified as "Western honey bee". In theory, the extraction of names and synonyms from NCBI taxonomy should already capture this one, but all the BioSamples related to this project are missing: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject?LinkName=sra_bioproject&from_uid=6519480
