Document exploratory data analysis with Pavian

• Exclude Apis mellifera and Varroa
• Include Bacteria
• Include some eukaryotes: Nosema, trypanosomes such as Crithidia mellifica
• How much technically it will affect us to have all the data (eukaryotes+bacteria) combined?
• Genus and species resolution: how many reads are classified down to species resolution? How many are at genus only?
• Visualization: bar plot of histogram of samples that are classified at certain levels (genus/species).
