write code for the box

It would be nice to have code to test the box, before working with actual animals. We should be able to cycle through sensors and actuators and get feedback on whether they are working or not.

The box is composed of:

• 5 indicator leds on each nose poke port
• 5 infrared beam curtains, one on each nose poke port
• 1 food pellet dispenser
• 1 house light led

Code should be written in micropython https://docs.micropython.org/en/latest/esp32/tutorial/intro.html and controlled with a jupyter notebook https://towardsdatascience.com/micropython-on-esp-using-jupyter-6f366ff5ed9

In this case, checking of components could be done by:

• lighting up LEDs sequentially (print on screen start of led 1, led1 on, pause, led1 off, pause, print led2 and so on)
• starting each infrared beam curtain and count time it takes user to break the beam with his/hers/their finger)
• run food pellet dispenser
