OSC esp read and write loop #45

read all the analog pins, read half digital pins, write the other half, figure out osc adddres and messages for all that, pwm?dac? nice to have, timestamps, firmware version, board name, config variables, like loop frequency etc.

@jfrazao a bit of an odd message on this issue, but we were wondering if there is an email we could use to contact you? I think the one we have is outdated?
