Bonsai readme #53

Add readme file to the bonsaiportable folder with instructions on how to install it: we go into the respective folder and write "setup" in the file address. image bonsai.config is the only thing that needs to be uploaded if there are changes. It works similar to the Python environment and this is the file that needs to be synched

image image The last thing that we tackled was determining concrete messages similarly to the OSC protocol
