Tesla coils/grounding rods/etc start out in a pseudo wrenched position when constructed; being DC'd from powernet. #1165

Round ID: Reproduced locally

Reproduction:

If you construct a Tesla coil, grounding rod, emitter, or portable generator, when you screwdriver to finish the construction the resultant machine ends up in a pseudo wrenched state. Specifically, this means the machine is unable to be moved but is not considered wrenched to the ground for the purposes of being hooked into the power grid. You have to manually unwrench and rewrench the device to connect it properly.

This is a dangerous problem because unwrenched grounding rods/Tesla coils fucking explode when hit by a tesla zap. This means that if you construct a grounding rod or Tesla coil right next to an active tesla, there will be a big explosion and tesloose will likely occur due to this bizarre undocumented behaviour.

This is also true for emitters and portable generators and probably some other machines I haven't tested yet. However for obvious reasons it's not as big of an issue for these machines.
