[New Feature]: Wearing Night Vision Googles Nerf #11652

Describe the feature request

I'd like it if night vision googles made you vulnerable to flashes and similarly like moth eyes. Would be give them a draw back and not a straight upgrade. Would also nerf Syndicates who spawn with them. lol

It is, but I agree that NVG's should be tweaked. 360 full brightness is really potent especially with directional lighting.
