[Bug]: Secways (and probably vehicles in general) ignore spider webs and move at full speed.

Describe the bug

Secway completely ignores spider webs and moves at full speed over them enabling the officer using it to zero in directly on the broodmother and end a spider invasion with a surgical strike. This is not an intended strategy against the already weak antagonist.

What did you expect?

I expect secways to be delayed when traversing spider webs.
