Describe the feature request

I'd like it if the Tech Storage room was given actually desired boards instead of three Security Record boards and two Chem Heater boards. Even more so some machines should be moved to it to encourage people to nag on the Engineers to make them, such as Life Stasis Beds.

A maintainers approval, doesn't matter who's. I've made a PR for it, but if you have an idea for a different implementation, don't be afraid of trying it. Nevertheless, please give me feedback on the PR for it.
