[New Feature]: Add Object to Store Items in a Menu #11720

Describe the feature request

I'd like it if we had more alternatives to the weapon locker pirates has for storing items neatly.

Currently we have four alternatives to storing items. On a table, in a crate, in a bag or box, or simply not printed yet in an Autolathe, Techfab or Circuit printer.

I have this issue with the tech storage PR (https://github.com/BeeStation/BeeStation-Hornet/pull/11707) that it is just waaaay too many things in a tight space and it looks really ugly.

So something like the chem freezers? I could work on that. Got any ideas on what it could be framed as? A rack? A shelf?
