Funny Conveyer to Fland Toxin Storage #11778

About The Pull Request

Adds three conveyer belts to the three main canisters in the toxin storage, O2, empty canister and plasma. The amount of canisters hasn't changed but they have been shuffled around.

Why It's Good For The Game

It looks cool and makes it not painful to get canisters from toxin storage.
