About The Pull Request

In the title, removes a completely unused species.

Why It's Good For The Game

A species that isn't used anywhere shouldn't exist.

This was an adminbus race but I'm not sure it ever saw much if any actual use due to being almost unstoppable.

It's pretty rare that admins would want to make such an entity and it can be emulated with VC anyway
