About The Pull Request

Fixes #11158 Ports Fixes light step's prevention of leaving footprints

The light step quirk left footprints and caused shoes to be bloody. This fixes that.

Why It's Good For The Game

Bug fix.

I'd rather make this not a bug, light step shouldn't fully remove footsteps. I don't remember it historically doing this

It did, I use the quirk a lot due to having a digitigrade lizard for a while in 2020.
