As an imaginary friend, you are unable to see chat or comms. Central command updates still show, as well as actions done by other players, (such as using me commands) The only voice you can see in chat logs is your own, as well as the sound seemingly broken in terms of not hearing the distance of things. Runechat is still visible, just not logged.
