Reproduction:

Case: "asimov + custom 4th free law"

you can state asimov, but can't state 4th law if you turn off one of asimov laws, you can state 4th law as 3rd law in chat if you have additional-freeform-law(not core), you can state asimov+4th+5th laws

Case: Maintain + custom 5th free non-core law

if you want to state only 5th free non-core law, it's not possible to state it. you need any of other core laws to state that non-core free law.
