Kilostation Turbine Igniter Not Working and Airlock Missing Vent

Bad image, but shows the missing vent.

2 issues here:

1. The Igniter does not activate when the igniter button is pushed.
2. The airlock does not have a dual port vent in it, so the airlock controller never allows the bolts to raise.

I'm guessing this has to do with PR #8296.

Funnily enough, it looks like there never was a dual port. But the igniter is certainly an issue.

This was not my doing, it was like that before.

I will put up a fix for the igniter soon.
