[Feature Request]: TGUI item selection #9315

Describe the feature request

I personally hate how Radial button works. I think there should be item selection TGUI. Maybe Lucy's Chameleon code would be a good reference to make it.

Bad case where Radial menu is worse

Chemical plumbing constructor uses radial menu, but it's incredibly awful. Borg transformation option would be good with this too.

Disagree.

Only items that have 7+ selections should be turned into a list. This includes things like the plumbing constructor and the RCD, as their radial menus are especially obnoxious.

Borg radial specifically has a purpose, especially for new players because they can see what each model looks like.

It doesn't help that TGUI menus are somewhat laggy and tend to break at times.

A good alternative would also be adding tooltips to some radials to include more info on the options. At minimum, a text label.

What I encountered with heretic heart radials was it was impossible to identify your targets if they were wearing the wrong attire, as you couldn't get their names and had to guess their jobs.
