[Bug]: Plastitanium floor tiles have the wrong material values #9948

Describe the bug

Plastitanium floor tiles are worth half as much as they should be. If you turn two sheets of plastitanium into tiles, you only get 1 sheet worth after recycling them in the ORM/fabricator. https://github.com/BeeStation/BeeStation-Hornet/blob/85aaaa1abf498f135963c3c17955b2154db4e3aa/code/game/objects/items/stacks/tiles/tile_mineral.dm#L165-L174

What did you expect?

They should be worth twice as much as they are, so they recycle properly
