No captain medal box on Atlas #2078

The captain's office on the Atlas (in fact the entire map) does not include a captain's medal box.

Version: 2bf631755b0e1713f3def85b449f92fd801f7d18

Reproduction:

Go into captain's office. Right click on the table with the disk. No box. Right click on bed. No box. Open locker and right click. No box. Use strongdmm and search for /obj/item/storage/lockbox/medal. No box.

(I really hope it isn't me being blind again, which is why I checked with strongdmm)
