Does what it says on the tin, this won't allow you to construct a full new gun due to a lack of electronics, but it's enough to repair broken ones or upgrade them by adding more powder gates for example.
Also added science tiers to NSV research nodes, because they didn't have any. Most will match the research required to unlock it in the first place so this shouldn't make a huge difference.
Why It's Good For The Game
Sandbox game means the gun does that blowing up thing where it breaks apart and you rebuild it.
